Community Events is an add-on for The Events Calendar, which allows you to collect event submissions from members of the community- all from a beautiful front end form.
Site administrators can determine whether to allow for anonymous submissions or only from registered members, and have the option to hold all submissions for review or auto-publish as they see fit. There is also a setting to allow users to edit their submissions in case modifications need to be made.
