Tickets is an add-on for The Events Calendar that allows you to sell event tickets directly within your site via a third party ecommerce plugin. Currently we have four different Tickets plugins available with four different ecommerce plugins: WooCommerce, Shopp, Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), and WP E-Commerce (WPEC).

We have a demo of WooCommerce Tickets right here on the site. You can go see what an event looks like with Tickets, and go through a fake purchase to experience it from your customer’s point of view! (Since all of our Tickets plugins look and act very similar, this demo is a relevant example even if you’re leaning toward one of the other ecommerce options).

The Tickets add-ons allow you to add as many tickets as you wish to a given event, and then sell those tickets entirely within your site. All ticket management and payment is contained in your WordPress admin. And your customers never have to leave your site to make their purchase. Unlike our Eventbrite Tickets add-on, Tickets doesn’t include any fees or bear any third-party branding on your frontend event entries.
